Regulated Articles Information Management System (RAIMS)

Q1. What can we do using RAIMS?
A1. RAIMS allows users to submit applications/documents under Producer Responsibility Scheme on Glass Beverage Containers (GPRS) online. For example, suppliers can register as registered supplier (Form RA-1), submit returns (Form RA-2a/RA-2b), submit audit report and apply for this exemption (Form RA-3a/RA-3b and RA-2b/RA-5), notify EPD a change of address (Form RA7) and cancel registration (Form RA-8).

Q2. Who can use RAIMS?
A2. RAIMS is open to suppliers under GPRS.

Q3. Do I need to pay for using RAIMS?
A3. No, using RAIMS is free of charge.

Q4. What should I do if I encounter technical problems when using RAIMS?
A4. Users can contact RAIMS Administration Team by email: raims_administrator@epd.gov.hk or at 2867 2167.

Q5. Can I access RAIMS on a smartphone or a tablet computer instead of a desktop computer?
A5. Yes. However, using RAIMS on a desktop computer will give better user experience.

Q6. Do I need to post the original forms if I use RAIMS?
A6. You don't need to post the application forms for most of the online applications. Also, EPD staff may contact you to provide supporting documents if necessary.

Q7. Can I view my previous record on RAIMS?
A7. Users can view and save their records submitted on RAIMS. However, records submitted in paper form are not available on RAIMS.

Registration of RAIMS Account

Q1. I am a registered supplier already. What are the steps to register a RAIMS account?
A1. Please click register to create an account. You will then need the following to retrieve the identity as registered supplier on RAIMS:
1. a copy of the valid Business Registration Certificate
2. a copy of the Certificate of Registration as Registered Supplier issued by the EPD(for registered suppliers only)

Q2. I have completed the RAIMS account registration, but I have not yet received an activation email. Why?
A2. Please check if you have uploaded the supporting documents to RAIMS. If you do and do not receive an activation email after 5 working days, please contact RAIMS Administration Team by email: raims_administrator@epd.gov.hk or at 2867 2167.

Q3. What should I do if I forget my password or username?
